Somerville, MA (November, 2000) - Cathartes Investments is
pleased to announce that it has sold 70 and 150-200 Inner Belt Road in
Somerville, MA. Philip Giunta, Michael Joyce and Scott Richmond of CB Richard
Ellis/Whittier Partners brokered the sale of the two properties.
150-200 Inner Belt, an 8.46 acre development site permitted for two new
telecom buildings totaling approximately 383,000 SF, was sold to TrizecHahn.
According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $24,000,000.

276,302 SF telecommunications facility with such prestigious tenants as
