8th Street

410 8th Street in Hoboken, New Jersey, is a 73,000 SF, four-story building that was being used for industrial purposes at the time we purchased it. Cathartes rehabilitated this building into a state-of-the-art fully secured self-storage facility. The building is located in an ideal location in the heart of a densely packed residential neighborhood where storage space is at a premium. Demand has been strong and has been further driven by the development of over a thousand residential units just six blocks north of the property.

The facility was sold to Public Storage in April, 2005.
